Folder access only with folder view setting

IE6&Outlook >> Folder access only with folder view setting

I have to set folder view permanently to be able to access folders in OE 6.

When I click the horizontal bar (eg. Inbox when Inbox is
open) to access folders on the left pane, I see them but when trying
to click on any folder I return to the Inbox .
I have to set folder view permanently to be able to access folders.
So the space for the message is restricted by the pane left.

How can I repair this to see messages on full page ?

IE6&Outlook >> Folder access only with folder view setting Test this using a new Identity.
Switch to it and set up the account.
import the messages from the old Identity and test it from there.
If all is well, remove the old Identity and importing all the messages into
it.

horizontal bar would be the Views bar
left pane would be the Folder pane

Set folder view permanently would be to pin the Folder pane

It sounds like possible the View is messed up but you say that creating a
new Identity it does the same thing.

or are you talking about the Preview pane. It's hard to tell to tell the
truth.

do try to convert them to gif or jpg first though, BMP's are just way to big
to send.
