Windows Vista >> sending e-mail/video

I'm trying to send an e-mail with a video attachmentand keep getting an error
message of 0x8000FFFF. What can I do to fix this problem, please let me know.

Windows Vista >> sending e-mail/video i wouldn't openly but my e-mail address in the signature if i was you, some
of these people can be crazy/stupid sometimes. just some friendly advice
