I run Windows XP spc 2 with all updates applied. I had trouble with my HP
All-in-One printer-scanner after upgrading to IE-7, so I went back to IE-6
several weeks ago. WMP was working fine until I applied Windows updates
today. Now I get an error message immediately on starting WMP. Also, under
Shared Documents, the folder Shared Video now reads My Video. I can't rename
it back to Shared Video. I have removed WMP via Control Panel the downloaded
a new WMP version 11 from the Windows website. I did the express
(recommended) installation. I still get the error msg. Clicking Debug on the
error msg just erases the error msg. The is a very long file of technical
info. It begins:

I am at a loss what do try next. Please advise.
