Exchange Servers Admin >> OWA OK for some users, not OK for others

I have Exchange 2003 setup on Server 2003
I have 4 users with mailboxes. (They are simple "Domain Users".
Two of them can access OWA, while the other two cannot. (All four are practically identical users.

I just can't figure out why 2 users (out of 4 identical users) would have troble logging into OWA while 2 others don't. Anyone else see this behavior before

Exchange Servers Admin >> OWA OK for some users, not OK for others It is likely the e-mail addresses.

XWEB: Error Message: HTTP/1.0 401 or 404

password to gain access. For two of the users, they login in fine. For the
other two, IE gives this error: "HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized" after three
attempts.

Exchange Servers Admin >> OWA OK for some users, not OK for others Yes, that was it. Thanks Dan.
I wouldn't have thought the email address would have tripped up OWA. (I don't know why it would need this requirement...)
I've not had much experience using Exchange to host email for 2 (or more) domains, but it seems that Exchange doesn't nicely handle more than one domain. <shrug>

David.

Exchange Servers Admin >> OWA OK for some users, not OK for others Just always make sure to use Recipient Policies to get e-mail addresses and
that each has the main domain someplace in it and you will be ok.
