Exchange Servers Setup >> Rules Problem on new Server
I just upgrade from Exchange 2000 to 2003 on a new server. The rules didn't
come over to the new server. When I click on Rules and Alert I get the
message below. How do I fix this problem?
You are currently working offline, To use this command, you must go online
and connect to the Microsoft Exchange Server.
Thanks,
Jeff

What version of Outlook? I presume it's 2003. If you're using cached mode,
make sure you have a live connection to the server. Try clicking on File |
Work Offline to de-select it....check the status in the lower right-hand
corner of the window to make sure it says connected.

Right - the issue is with the client, not the mailbox itself.
