After hearing the Roadshow about Vista, I wonder whether it is possible to build a simple application with VB which will display a text window in front of a live video stream window, so that the text appears on the video This has only been possible using video mixers until now. The idea is that the text has a glass background, so the live video appears behind the text.

Can anyone advise about this please
