I am developping an application that requires connectivity with various kinds of sensors, like **** pressure, temprature etc. Does anyone has any information that may help me regarding this for example should the sensors connected using serial ports where can I find some sensors that run just by plugging into the port (and don't need any hardware interfacing) and are there specific softwares that utilizes the information coming from the sensors to give some visual indications like graphs and so on
