Active Sync installation

My computer is an HP a1320n, with WXP Media Center. I have it since the beginning of the year. At that time I installed Active Sync for my HP iPaq 2215 and it always worked fine.

Last week I had to do a System Recovery and now when I try to install Active Sync 3.7 it gives me the message "The procedure entry point: CeGetDiskFreeSpaceEx could not be located in the dynamic link library RAPI.dll" and Setup fails.

If I install Active sync 3.8 the same thing happens. Any ideas
