VB Scripts >> Can I set a 'delay' between two calculates in a macro?

I have a spreedsheet that gets its information from a database.

I use calculate to initiate the dbase queries and pull the information. Then
I need to calculate again to disperse the new information throughout the
sheets. (I cannot use the autocalculate if you are wondering.)

I made a button with a macro assigned that runs calculate twice.

It only runs calculate once though. I am assuming that it runs the first
calculate and the runs the second before the first is finished.

So....How can I make a macro to run calculate twice but not have it run the
second calculate until the first is finished?

Can I set a delay between the two?
