I'm trying to use the sharepoint as a presentation management in my org.
We have like 3000 slides in like 700 presentations.
I've devided it to 2 doc libs (with sub folders): Master Slides and Master
Presentation both with metadata fields (Category,description etc..) which
solves the search problem in that quantity. I've implimented in lib and not
in list because of the Explorer view which i can use the Tumbnails view.
The next (and here start the problems) thing is to be able to see the search
resault and to copy/paste the desired ones to a new presentation. the problem
is that the result page is showing only links without any preview.
Be happy to hear comments or other ways to resolve the presentation
management issue.
