Please could anyone help me. I need to setup a global e-
mail address in SBS 4.5 to allow me to forward incoming e-
mail for a user to an external address ie. there home
address. Someone has already set one up on our server so i
know it can be done i just cant figure out how.

In Exchange 5.5, create a custom recipient with the person's home email
address.
Then in the user's mailbox on the Delivery options tab, in the Alternate
recipient box, pick the new custom recipient from the GAL (it has a world
symbol next to it instead of a head). See http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q246/2/84.asp for a more
coherent version!
