Time off by 3 hours

PortalServer >> Time off by 3 hours

Hello,

I have an interesting problem. On my blog sites the time is off by 3
hours. I have the correct time on my servers and on my Web
applications. Is there somewhere else I should check? I am using
Eastern Time (GMT -5:00).
