I've seen a few posts on how to get the device owner information using
C/C++, eVB, OpenNETCF, etc. Is there a tutorial on how to do this in
VB.NET without using OpenNETCF?

It's all just registry reading. If you have an OpeNETCF tutorial and the
OpenNETCF source, what more do you need?
