MS Word Doc >> changing format
How can I change a column of words into a sentence going across the page
without repeatedly using the backspace key? I assume this has to do with
some sort of format. There is no text box involved.

Probably there's either a paragraph mark or a line break at the end of each
line. You can use the Replace command to change these into spaces. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/CleanWebText.htm for instructions.

MS Word Doc >> changing format
I tried all of the suggestions, and there were page breaks, but even after
those were deleted none of the other suggestions worked.
Here's what I am trying to make into one sentence (actually I have 2000 of
these to redo!):
Set#J570 "Yellow Stretch Twill"
Yellow Stretch
Twill Fabric
Suitable for Slacks,
Capris, & Jackets
95% Cotton/5% Lycra
52" Wide
Machine Washable
Usually $10.00/yd.
$5.25 per yard
I hope you can help! Thanks

There may be a sentence in there somewhere, I suppose. Could you possibly
let us see what you want to end up with out of it?

Sorry, I wasn't very clear about this. I am making labels for 2000 fabric
samples, and the description of each one is like this sample:
Set#J570 "Yellow Stretch Twill"
Yellow Stretch
Twill Fabric
Suitable for Slacks,
Capris, & Jackets
95% Cotton/5% Lycra
52" Wide
Machine Washable
Usually $10.00/yd.
$5.25 per yard
I need to know how to make it look like this without using the backspace key
forever:
Set#J570 "Yellow Stretch Twill" Yellow Stretch Twill Fabric Suitable for
Slacks, Capris, & Jackets 95% Cotton/5% Lycra 52" Wide Machine Washable
Usually $10.00/yd. $5.25 per yard
I want to print this on a landscape style adhesive label.

MS Word Doc >> changing format
As we've suggested before, there are bound to be either paragraph breaks or
line breaks in there. Display nonprinting characters so you can see which
they are, then run a Find and Replace (as described at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/CleanWebText.htm) to replace them with
spaces.
