Event ID 4614 in application log

Windows XP Perform Maintain >> Event ID 4614 in application log

Does any one have any ideas what would be causing this? The user cannot
login to windows. They put in the user id and passowrd and just logs them
right back out. Tried local as well as domain logins and nothing. The
application log has the following error twice.
