First of all: CHECK YOUR SYSTEM TIME! Your posting is coming from future. :)

No, you can't open VS.net 2003 solutions in VS.net 2002. If you want to
downgrade your solution, you have to create a new one in VS.net 2002 and
add all source files and so on manually and save it again.

Visual C#.Net >> .net 2003 can't work in .net 2002 u have to make the changes to the *.sln and csproj file.
I cant tell u the details but I once did it and it worked fine. There is a
version mentioned some where in sln and csproj / vbproj file which u have to
change. U can know that by opening sln and project file of vsdotnet 2002 in
notepad and than note what it is. Than make these changes in the sln and
project files made is vsdotnet 2003 and then open them in 2002. Note however
that if u have utilized some language features which r specific to 2003 than
naturally u'll get errors which u'll have to deal with.

Visual C#.Net >> .net 2003 can't work in .net 2002 your problem has no doubt already been solved, but I'd like to also note
something for other people who might need this info. If you look at the
.sln file created from VS.NET 2002, and then one created in 2003, the
difference is gernerally only one line. The line specifies the version. So
just open it up in notepad and change that one version number from 8.00 to
7.00, and your solution will work fine. you may have to do the same with
your projects, but it's just as easy.
